for today, it was a reasonable value because it was a discounted groupon. going forward, probably not ($20 per hour cash per person!). no masks! nothing above their head! i bought a 6 man hour groupon, which apparently is only good for 5.5 hours! i won't likely use them again. bought another six man-hour! stupid me! now 45 minutes late of appt time. called but call goes straight to voice mail, then to a message that the mailbox is full! NO MORE!

No call, no show, no response, no refund. So disappointing. I used them a few times over the past couple of years. They always did a great job, even if they weren't always on time. But today they never showed up and have not responded to any texts or emails. Voicemail is full, of course. Guess I learned my lesson.

Absolutely the WORST cleaning service on the planet! All of the earlier reviews that complain about no shows and nonresponsiveness from management are absolutely true! They take your money, don't show up, and will NOT take your calls or respond to any form of messaging. These people are CROOKS!!! STAY AWAY!!!

They never showed. I paid a deposit when booking. Called and no one answered. Received a text back that she will find out where the girls are. Nothing after that. Super disappointed that I waited all day for them and even paid ahead. Still have not received deposit back. Bad business.

Horrible. Basically they stole my money. I have made an appointment for 2:30 with them for a move out clean, and the way their website is set up, you pay ahead. I got a text from them saying that they got there early ( with no warning) at 1:45, when I got to the house at 2:05, nobody was there. So I called and texted them to come back because the actual time they were scheduled for was 2:30. No response. I asked them to reschedule the appointment or refund me my money. No response.
