DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved here in May because of the cheap rates and you don't even get what you pay for! From the time of my walk through the apt smelled and selwyn sparayed something over it. When the office was contacted they acted as if we were making things up. Issue still not resolved. I had mold in my apartment and now another leak that NOBODY has come to see about. Polo Club is a really nice place to live. The pricing is very affordable and reasonable the floorplans are very spacious an the staff in the office are very welcoming and professional. I have been here since April of 2011 an so far I love it. My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are always kept nice. I feel safe raising my children here an as of right now I probably will renew at the end of my lease.
