I was in last week looking for a replacement back for an earring. I was pleasantly surprised to not only find what I needed, but the kind salesperson gave it to me. I had been to a few local stores where these were either not available or were very pricey. I've shopped at Polly's for years, and have always had great service. Thanks for the generosity! It was much appreciated!

Rosemary has been amazing every step of the way with helping my fiancé pick out the ring to helping us choose our wedding bands and beyond. She is always willing to help and cleans my ring every time I pop by. Since then, I have even used them to take a link out of my watch and repair my necklace. I had prongs added to the inside of my ring and the jeweler had it to me within an hour and a half. Rude Roselynn! (I believe that was your name) – I asked if a jeweler was on site and could size a ring in front of me. For one, the ring is very thin and would take a matter of minutes to no more than an hour. The diamond is 60 years old, so there is no inscription on the diamond. Yes, I want to make sure I get my exact ring back and as a customer, I have that right! Horrible customer service – My experience at Polly's this week was just awful. My repair was not ready when promised and the employees were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. As I was standing at the counter waiting, one employee made a phone call right in front of me. I was very surprised to come across this type of blatant disregard for a customer. Very disappointing.
