If you do an order to go, we should NOT have to ask for utensils, napkins, salt pepper ect. Your service people should be trained to ask what we need to eat your food with when it is to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wife and I were very disappointed in our Thanksgiving dinner we ordered and p/u yesterday From POLLYS PIES! Close to $42 bucks for two people. A spoonful of potatoes, barely a spoonful of yams and stuffing. One plate had 2 pieces of turkey the other had 3. I thought this was very frugal for these size portions. Barely two or three bites on most sides! How do you justify this POLLYS! Not Happy.

Super unprofessional I’ve been trying to get into contact with someone here in order to have my order fixed and refunded and no one seems to even respond or answer your emails or calls I have left messages and calls and they don’t care about there customers. I have a horrible experience with my order and ruined my anniversary breakfast I was told to email and someone would get into contact with me and no responses this beyond frustrating.

Staff was very busy, but when I got seated they never came to say sorry I'm busy and I will help you in a minute. Instead we were ignored for at least 20 minutes, asked if we were helped, said no, she took our drink order, never came back, another waitress asked if we were ready to order, I told her my friend would like salsbury steak, I'm sorry we are out, so we looked the menu over again, still no drinks, nothing appealed to us, since you don't have club sandwiches, we after waiting 30 minutes no drinks we left.
