I was feeling bad about leaving a negative review and then I saw 90% one-star ratings. Polly’s has definitely fallen from grace. A once well run family operation has fallen apart. Spent a little less than ten minutes at the counter. Never got served. Unless you count a busboy loaded with dirty dishes hollering from across the dining room to ask if I want something to drink. On 12/20/25 I place a phone order for a Boysenberry Pie for pick up in Hemet. They charge my card but never put the order in I guess. When I went to get the pie today, the management was rude unprofessional and accused me of trying to steal a pie! The place was busy as it is Xmas time. How embarrassing they made me look like a thief! I sure did not deserve this. I had to pay twice for one pie. Very unfair and should be addressed.
