Brenda and Mia at Pollys are the absolute the best to work with. I had a last minute necklace repair that I needed before leaving town for a family funeral, and even with their busy schedule, they made time to help me. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine empathy during a difficult week meant more than they know. The repair was done beautifully, and the customer service was second to none. I couldn’t recommend Pollys Fine Jewelry, Brenda, and Mia enough!

Diana was awesome and was able to take some drawings I had made for an engagement ring and improve them and it turned out incredible, better than I had envisioned, and she was very patient and made several adjustments throughout the process. Highly recommend

What a lovely location! It’s been nothing short of a 5 star experience every time I’ve gone in. We first worked with Susan last summer, and she was amazing! So knowledgeable and sweet. When I came in 2 months later to decide which ring I wanted, we worked with Rachel. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and good at helping me figure things out! My late husband had my engagement/wedding ring made back in 1986 by Polly's. It's never lost a stone and is still in excellent condition. I cherish it to this day.

Very nice staff. I had repairs done on a few pieces and they were beautifully repaired and sparkling clean!! I will definitely go back!
