Prices are reasonable and staff is helpful. It is much better since new owners and managers.
Nice mgmt and clean.
There is a new gentleman there over the weekend and was friendlier than anyone at any store I've been to in recent memory. He was learning as he went as All new employees do and not once did he get frustrated or anything else. He made us feel comfortable and his patience kept us patient, laughing and professional. You just can't find service like that anymore. Thanks Polly peak storage for having an old school the customer is first employee. The rates were better than any I found around san Antonio and bandera area as well.
