I purchased a ten year warranty for my A/C unit... now they are no longer in business. Nothing to let me know the business was being "absorbed" by One Hour, nothing. I am very upset, I paid good money for the warranty only to find out it may be worthless. Upset to say the least.

The crew came out yesterday to install a new unit for us which was going to be a little different. Due to the situation Mr Pollock the owner came out with Mario to evaluate. Ultimate dedication to company and his men! They couldn't have been any better! Very careful and with exceptional skill and knowledge it all went smoothly! The guys were fabulous! Great company even the ladies in the office gave us a call the morning of the scheduled appointment. Extremely professional group of people. Thank you for the great job done!
I am the manager and when trying to get them out to service the home wouldn't do it and when I told them I would have the owners wife call she wouldn't do it that way either . Never have i ran into this with any company if we are paying you it shouldn't matter who calls you
We have used Pollocks for a number of services in the last 2 years from a major repair of the inside unit, routine maintenance, and most recently an upgrade to our duct system through the house.
