Over ten years ago, GayNell took on the challenge of managing a condo for me. It needed a lot of work including new carpeting, repairs, and painting. I moved to Ohio. For the last ten years she has managed my property, kept it rented and repaired. I have never had a worry because she takes care of all my property needs. I will be selling this year, and again I trust her to the best for me.
They have been terrific and when the occasion has risen have gone above and beyond for me as property owner. They have easy online payment/accounting systems. The rental forms they used are standardized AZ rental agreements (nothing unique), that said... I encourage all renters to understand their rental agreement with ANY property management company, the agreement is simply in place so all parties understand the terms... I found they are great to work with, professional and responsive!
