Denise and her team were stellar in their preparation and execution of all aspects of the sale (pre-listing, staging, marketing, open house, contract negotiations etc.). They made a usually stressful undertaking very seamless. Best decision I could have made.

Very professional. They know their stuff. We went with Vanessa after a truly horrific experience with another agency. Our only regret is that we didn’t choose PPG from the start. Even during one of the hottest Spring markets in the country, a lousy realtor can really screw things up. We learned the hard way and Vanessa’s team came to the rescue.
