My husband and I rent an apartment from Pollock. Nicest office staff we've ever experienced. They take care of their tenants and always communicate well and are at the ready to help whenever they can. Will be with pollock for a long time
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENTS OR PROPERTIES FROM THEM! We thought this place was going to be great. The neighborhood was lovely and the people were great. However, when we moved in, the house smelled absolutely horrible due to cat pee drenched in the carpets. The stair coverings were cracked and had sharp edges that cut our feet. We rented a house from Pollock for a year while we lived in Flagstaff. Trisha was always fantastic to work with. She was quick to return calls and respond to emails and made sure any service requests were attended to right away. If we had stayed in Flagstaff, we absolutely would have considered renting from Pollock again in the future.
They change the terms on you and add extra fees. No worse than most other property managers, but not great. Rent with them if you need to.
Egregious abuse of their own deposit system. A gross display of more advantaged people scamming less advantaged folks.
