Horrible experience with this rental company. They took out 1,000 dollars from my deposit for "Cleaning and Maintenance." The place was dirtier when I moved in. I scrubbed base boards for a month and washed walls. They charged a 350 dollar cleaning fee, 450 for labor fee regarding maintenance to replace light bulbs, a towel hanger, and replace some wall outlet covers. This is the best place to rent from. They are very responsive to repairs, friendly when you visit them in person, and really care about the people who they serve. I rented from them for five years and Im glad my first rental experience was the best. Thank you Polluck for being so amazing!
My husband and I rent an apartment from Pollock. Nicest office staff we've ever experienced. They take care of their tenants and always communicate well and are at the ready to help whenever they can. Will be with pollock for a long time
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENTS OR PROPERTIES FROM THEM! We thought this place was going to be great. The neighborhood was lovely and the people were great. However, when we moved in, the house smelled absolutely horrible due to cat pee drenched in the carpets. The stair coverings were cracked and had sharp edges that cut our feet.
