Rented here for a couple years. Never had an issue. 24/7 access is great! Secure and well lit. Only issue was that the metal roof sweats pretty good in the winter. Tarp your treasures that you store during the winter, solves the problem. It’s a great little storage spot if you need something local. Otherwise your driving further, paying more and probably only get limited access times. So, go buy yourself something nice, hide it from the wife and store it here. 24/7 access, you can check on it whenever you want. :)
