We have used Ryan and his crew the past few years for all of our a/c repairs. They have been reliable, knowledgeable and fair priced. They have changed out a condenser for us, installed drip pans, installed moister switches, unclogged out drains with explanation of what the actual Issue was, and cleaned our units with no issues. Techs and Ryan are always polite and well mannered and don’t leave a mess behind. I can’t comments on installation of a full unit but I can attest their repairs and cleaning are great!
The customer service and services is great.
The technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and prompt and reasonable. Pollock Htg & Cooling is the only place I will use.
