I was a little nervous for my 3month old but the staff were very kind and friendly, most importantly very good at what they do. The nurse explained post care clearly and answered all our questions. Dr. Chang was also very clear and did the procedure without any issues.
We recently had our son’s circumcision done at this Clinic, and our experience was truly excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived although we arrived late, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very organized. As parents, this was an emotional day for us, but the team took the time to explain every step of the procedure with patience and clarity. We had a great experience with Dr. Chang and the entire team at the clinic. The staff is very helpful and resourceful. We were supported at each step of the procedure.
We had a great time at Pollak clinic. Dr Chang is a professional doctor and has a friendly conversation. He dis my son’s circumcision. Please convey to him that we are vey happy for his service. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I contacted them regarding my son's circumcision, but unfortunately, we couldn't resolve a simple issue. If someone in charge checks my emails, I would like to contact them again to schedule an appointment for my son's circumcision. Thank you.
