5 stars for Dr. Chang, Gloria, and the entire team at Pollock Clinics! Dr. Chang performed our son's procedure smoothly, and Gloria was wonderful—answering all our questions with so much patience and kindness. All of our concerns were completely addressed weeks prior, during the appointment, and throughout the recovery period. We felt so well-informed and cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Dr. Chan and his staff are amazing! Dr. Chan was very professional and made sure that my son was okay during and even after the procedure. He was calm and relaxed which made us feel confident that everything would go well. Thank you, Dr. Chan and to the wonderful staff of Pollock Clinics!
The surgery was successful and my baby did cry the first day but after some days he got better and so far he is like normal.
Overall, we are happy with the outcome of our sons circumcision. He was 3 weeks old when the procedure was completed. The nurses and doctor were very kind. We had Dr. Chang at the New West location and we had no issues. We felt like we had the resources and support we needed. The healing went exactly how it was expected to. Overall, my son is in great shape. It was more emotionally challenging for us as the parents.
