I ordered a soup for my sick toddler with the intention of serving her the contents and separating it from the liquid… all I got was a ton of liquid and a little mush. A complete waste of money.
First time visiting with my family. Chicken. It was fantastic, but the staff was not good at English, and it seemed like they couldn't communicate because of the noise. I wanted the sauce one by one, but I was disappointed if it wasn't possible.;)
3/17/2025 I've always had a good experience with Pollo tropical, but on this day I was not impressed. drive thru baby never again. Rice not done lord Jesus it was still hard. Plantains? I honestly don't know what that was, went straight in the trash. Left out the extra rolls I ordered meal was a whole waste of time amd money, I must say 4 rolls with a family meal is actually sad. Our lunch consisted of beans chicken and one damn roll each.
