My girlfriend and I decided to try Pollo Tropical since we have never had it before, and we've heard positive things about it. First, we ordered and we had to wait in the drive through for ten minutes for our food. Then, we get our food and my girlfriends order is completely wrong, the food is cold and uncooked, and the guy behind us in the drive through got mad at us for waiting that he started to yell at us.
