I love eating at Pollo Tropical and especially at this location. My favorite cook is Alain because he cooks the chicken breasts that I order weekly to perfection. The best team leader is Jessica because she takes the time to take care of her customers by showing empathy and compassion. Kendry, a team member who works the line is very efficient and takes pride in making sure that each customer’s order is prepared to perfection.
