Absolutely the worst pollo tropical I have ever had in my entire life. I have been many times to other locations and the staff was always friendly and the food pretty good. This specific store is simply bad. The staff specifically made a face when I made my order and ordered to try one of each sauce. How hard can it be to just get one of each sauce? I had not been to one of these in a long time. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The people were very friendly and very accommodating.It was great loved it. Wish I had one closer to me.
I bought take out for a family of five and it was delicious! Everyone loved the food!
I’d been curious about this chain of restaurants since moving to South Florida. After several months of passing by I finally decided to take the kids here for dinner one night. I found the food absolutely underwhelming. Quite an adjustment in how I prefer to taste chicken. I firmly believe I would not give the restaurant chain another chance. I’m certain they’ll all that the same. And pretty confident I wouldn’t like it again. Sorry, it is what it is !
