I was so heart broken the Pollo Tropical by my house on West Pembroke Pines closed down. I now have to drive down to Miramar. I been going there since the other place shutdown. I was happy to see the sweet lady name Esther , she was a manager at the other location and I only see her a few times at this location. My other favorite person is the lady named Orlanda or Dada. Best Pollo Tropical! Esther the Restaurant Manger is a true leader of her employees. She has such a Positive attitude and is a hard working leader. Esther gives outstanding Customer service and always makes sure my order is correct. The chicken is always fresh and delicious. They have definitely more than earned their low stars. The decline has been pretty wild. Got stuck in the drive-through after not going for about a year, when I was served raw chicken and their response was surprising. I thought I’d check it out after that disaster but sadly nothing‘s changed.
