Very hectic atmosphere they are always yelling at each other in order to communicate very chaotic when I got down to place my order because the line to go order was very very long. I just feel that they can do so much better than being clean in the inside as well as more efficient if they had better communication skillsall employees seemed a little bit on edge. They had a new girl in the window and it was taking so long I had to get down to actually place an order with an additional 20 minutes. It was a hot mess.

This was my first time trying Pollo, a worker named “Maurice” was in the drive thru taking orders, and he patiently helped me pick the best item for me to have and truly enjoy . Wonderful experience!

Where do you start. The manager Fabulous was full of energy and helpful. I came in to place a few orders and got a bit confused and wanted to budget. The manager Fab told me about today's special which is the family meal for $15.99 if you download the app. 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆. So not only did I leave with more food than I've ever gotten on food specials , I left with a smile . Her energy was everything for me. The whole team did there thing tonight.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The server, Javier Diaz, was very rude, and my food came out with hair in it and undercooked chicken. Completely disappointing and unsafe to eat.
