Staff explained the specials clearly.
Dine in was great staff was great but didn't have the fountain drinks outside nor sausees were available for one to get there selves along with shoped sides like tomatoes onions etc like other poll tropical other that that down fall foods always great at pollo
Online ordering, check your orders. I made the mistake of not checking my order.. (99% of the time I do) however, this time when I got home, I thought uh oh... sure enough my family meal was missing; bread, hot sauce, and salsa ☹️ the only reason for me to give 3 stars overall, taste good. Sadly, I am constantly amazed how a simple task of looking at a order ticket and placing items in a to go bag can be such a challenge. You can do better pollo tropical! Let's GO!!
