I recently dined inside this Pollo Tropical and had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with the brand. The food quality was poor, the kitchen staff engaged in unsanitary practices that appeared far below OSHA standards, and customer service was unacceptable. The dining area was also being used by homeless individuals to sleep, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests.
