We like how the food tastes but we have gotten 4 large bone fragments now in our chicken tacos #8. The chips are horrible!! The service was okay at first but now its terrible. Took 15 min in drive thru to get two #8 on a Friday at 6:30. You would think the grill was hot and food would be flying out, but no!! They dont know the menu either!! Dont think they will be in business long if someone chokes on a bone!!!
This is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants I've had the pleasure of eating at...being my family and I are from New Mexico. Excellent...
We where there last the weekend with our children, the food Nothing tastes even the sauces and the Hard and dry meat! It's not fajita! Chicken dry & tasteless! First and last time we go. Beside the all this we was with stomach ache! I'm sad and feel upset for my little one; (18 months). She's still with diarrhea!! The others 4 or 5 stars are from themselves!! That's why this kind of places don't have any star!
I had to give it a star. Just cause I like their tostadas silveria. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A TOSTADA SIBERIA. THE CASHIER SAID THEY ARE OUT AND ITS BEEN A WEEK BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A PLACE TO PUT THEM. THEN THEY NEED TO REMOVE THEIR ADS BECAUSE ITS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEY ARE JUST PLAIN LAZY!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS A REAL MANAGER THAT WILL MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND EVERYTHING IS STOCKED AND READY AND PREPARED FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER.
pretty good dry rubbed rotisserie chicken...beans are a little runny (not refried) but good, yellow sAUCE IS HOT!
First time I went there I got the beef fajita and tacos al pastor. The service was super slow at the drive thru and they had me pull up to the front of the store for almost 20 minutes. When I got home the meat on both tacos needed more seasoning and the corn tortillas were way off in taste. Salsa should be hot not some cheap food coloring green with water. This store has the laziest workers I have ever seen. The workers open when they feel like it. It should open at 7am, but this place is never open. It varies from 8am-9:30am. They never have coffee ready, I mean it's a restaurant for heaven sake and that is the purpose of business hours. Then the workers don't care about customer service, and do not need to speak to the owner, he will never answer his phone. This place may have good food, not sure because customer service is too bad that it has discouraged me from trying them... read more
they always forget to add something... so keep your orders short and easy... do not try to change anything from the combos or you will get disappointed... but it is tasty.
