. With all due respect, I demand that you don’t ever serve me chicken that you wouldn’t serve yourself or your family. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Why would you serve me dry chicken? Am I supposed to feed this to myself and my child? Please be more respectful and stop doing this incompetent thing. Old dry chicken!!!! How dear you!!!!!! You really thought a Uber Eats order doesn’t deserve the same respect as in store paying customers.
The manager is awful and nasty. They made a mistake with my order and instead of helping me out she was mad at me and she threw my receipt in my food. Pollo campero is great but I don’t recommend this branch at all. I think her name is Guilda, awful service.

My daughter had the horse shot to hear recently and had an allergic reaction, because apparently peanuts are used in this type of Horchata. Nowhere was it disclosed that peanuts are used in this drink. As a business, you all have a responsibility to disclose allergens in your foods And drinks.
Food very good but only down side cashier very rude. Very good horchata.
