We have the finest Peruvian style rotisserie chicken in Houston. "Pollo a la brasa" is a traditional and national dish of Peru. We marinate our chicken overnight in a combination of 25+spices to give the chicken a distinctive flavor, then slowly roasted until golden brown, keeping it tender and juicy. We also serve a wonderful fish ceviche, causa rellena, aguadito soup and many other Mexican and Latin American dishes.

The Best Rostisserie Chichen! – This is mainly a Mexican restaurant but they also serve some Peruvian dishes. Their Peruvian style rostisserie chicken or Pollo a la Brasa is the best I've tried in town. They also serve Pisco Sours and Aguadito for those in love for Peruvian Cuisine.
