☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my experience at Pollin Fertility. I spent a significant amount of money, but I only saw my doctor during the initial consultation and again when I was informed that my IVF cycle had failed. There was very little personalized care or follow-up throughout the process. It took more than six weeks for me to receive the final confirmation that my IVF cycle had failed. I have never had a poor experience here with Pollin. I’m not sure where or how some of these patients were not communicated with in a timely manner but I get a response within a day when I email or message on the chat box. I have always received my results ASAP. I did have to wait a bit for an initial consultation but that’s because they are an extremely busy clinic and I expected it.
