The blood drawing station was clean. The staff at the front desk are pleasant. They do not put an emphasis on women's health. Their overall goal is strictly to begin fertility treatments or egg freezing. Calls with the doctor are less than 20 minutes and $200. I was charged twice and they reconciled that, at least. The doctor diagnosed me with something incurable, (which of course I got a second opinion). Her tone was cold and their was no conversation, I was just left to sit with the information. I wrote review couple of times and deleted them, I will write a whole rstory later but this is sad to see how Pollin is failing!! so many people are complaining about commucination but noone does anything to improve their services!!! Pollin will always have such a special place in our hearts. We were one of their first patients, and from the very beginning, there was something different about this clinic. My experience with Pollin was extremely disappointing and, honestly, felt like a complete waste of my time and money. The care team gave me the impression that they were not sure what they were doing. I spent considerable time and money going through different approaches, but unfortunately, I saw no meaningful results.
