Had a 9:30am virtual initial appointment with Dr. Kimberley Garbedian and after waiting for 15 minutes I decided to log off. When I called the clinic to find out the reason for the delay the reception said it was still within the 30 Minute appointment window so I was to wait until the doctor was available, and the she would join the call before the allotted time Is up. They didn’t call me back until 9:57am. Bad first impression to say the least.
I'm going to reply to a review from a year back. The reviewer wrote about the indian receptionist with a nose piercing and her untoward behaviour towards an ‘Asian’. Well, newsflash, the indian receptionist is also Asian per the Canadian law and the Canadian Constitution. I have dealt with the said receptionist, and she was okay with me ( no she didn't lay out a red carpet treatment for me). Wasted my one time funded IVF cycle with this clinic, without an explanation or reason for why it didn't work. I got no closure or reasoning. All I got was an apology and a "10% off the next time" - 10% off $20k... gee, so generous!
They canceled my appointment without warning, without cancellation email, a call to a very busy schedule, slept about 2 to come to this appointment because it is important for me but clearly not even for them, the only answer is sorry, so many clinics in Toronto and in the world definitely do not come to pollin because it is only a waste of time, as a W/W couple that clearly cannot create our family naturally.
