Nice plants, but – a friend was helping me with a party, and did not get an invoice for the flowers. When I got my credit card statement the bill was outrageous. The flowers were nice, but not worth the money

THE BEST EVER. – I absolutely adore Pollen. . . the best customer service experience I've ever had. On top of that, the quality matched the somewhat high prices. The vases are so unique and the arrangments are absolutely breath taking. Don't even think about getting your flowers from anyone other than Chris and Bonnie at Pollen. Once you go there, you'll never go anywhere else.
Wedding Blues – Do Not I repeat do not use this florist for your wedding, they are awful, they promise one thing then deliver something totally different and what are you to do at that point, then they quote one price, but then charge a higher price, and say that is what was agreed upon, no way. They are totally overpriced and their work is awful!!!!
Refreshed – I recentley discovered Pollen and was relieved to find some thing refreshing in Atlanta. It has such a great feel and look, that reminded me of California. The diversity of interesting plants and filled my curiosity. Their creations they send out are stunning and every gift I have bought here was received with joy.
Be careful – Go somewhere else if you feel that $55 should buy a respectable flower arrangement. When I ordered flowers for my two year anniversary, I got a small, old-fashioned gift. Disaster! This place has an awesome, creative atmosphere, but be careful!
Thrilled! – I thought I had to splurge to send my mom something from Pollen. I know their arrangements are beautiful, but I also thought they were more costly. But for Mother's day I wanted to really give my Mom flowers she wouldn't forget. And now she won't stop talking about them! She was thrilled. They were every bit as special as I hoped, and turned out not nearly as costly as I feared. Kudos to Pollen for living up to their reptutation in sending flowers people will remember. Gesture flowers these are not!
FTD this is NOT – If you're looking for high quality in terms of creativity & product - this is the place! If you like the usual FTD or grocery store quality & price - this is not the place. Seriously everything I've ever received from Pollen has been unique and worth every penny. They also did our wedding flowers - which our guest are still raving about!
