The service person came as scheduled and replaced my window yesterday. He was very friendly and efficient and had the job completed in no time. We had a good conversation while he was working and as is always my experience with Pollard Windows, I am very happy with their professionalism, fair pricing, careful attention to detail and cleanup. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service and quality we received from Pollard. We had purchased windows from Pollard when we renovated several years ago and were very pleased with them. Recently we had some "fogging" which was covered under warranty and the service provided to replace the affected windows was seamless. We just replaced all windows in our house as they were 24 years old and in need of upgrading. We previously had our front and back doors replaced by Pollard and were very happy with the workmanship and quality, so we chose Pollard again. Our installer Andre and his team did an excellent job over two cold blustery days. They were efficient in removing the old windows with almost negligible damage to the surrounding walls making touch-up and final paint easier than expected after such a large undertaking. Had four windows in my home replaced under warranty. Dan instructed me what I needed to get the claim going with pictures and sizing. Set an appointment at my convenience. Service people arrived on day promised. Were in and out in an hour, very conscious there was no mess. Replacement windows are exact. Thanks for the Great Work and making it so easy.

I am a senior. Pollard replaced three basement windows for me last week. Alex, in sales was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were polite and very capable. I am very pleased with the results. My son, who is very detail oriented came and looked at the work and found nothing that had been done improperly. Francois was so helpful by coming by to pick up the final payment, saving me the trip to drop it off. The pricing was great. I had three estimates. Thank you Gentlemen fo a job well done.
