We have recently had Pollard install new windows and doors throughout our home. From start to finish we have been very impressed with Pollard's customer service. Francois and Alex answered all our questions and offered expert guidance. Tony and Rich did a marvelous job on the installation. Pollard's Windows and Doors met all our expectations, and will add to the enjoyment of our home for many years to come. Highly recommend!
Apparently, when you buy windows from Pollard or the builder uses windows in your home, they don’t tell you that the cranks are only warranty for five years. Absolute garbage and No interest in even wanting to try to do the right thing. Do your due diligence. Check out Trust Pilot Reviews before making a decision! It has more honest not paid for reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They are not BBB-accredited, which I wish I had noticed sooner. After working with them, I now understand why. It also appears they rely on paid ads to bury negative reviews—something I unfortunately didn’t catch until it was too late. We recently needed to have a broken window replaced. As Pollard was the original supplier of our windows we conducted them. Our request wqs handled promptly and efficiently. We were updated throughout the process. The service was exceptional. M&K
I recently discovered a problem with the sliding door purchased and installed in 2023. When I contacted the company to inquire about warranty and possible solutions, Dan was extremely helpful. After viewing photos of the glass, it was determined that the operating door had a seal failure. Dan quickly provided me with a quote and arranged a date for the repair (glass was replaced.)
