Really great experience here from the sales process with Sarah through to the top notch installation by Tony and Richard. I had all windows replaced at once. Clean, friendly work and meticulous finish. Other places offered a lot of gimmicks and “sales” but these guys were just fair pricing and high quality. Big improvement in energy savings already. Highly recommend. They also manufacture all their windows locally in Burlington so I felt great supporting a local family business.
The service person came as scheduled and replaced my window yesterday. He was very friendly and efficient and had the job completed in no time. We had a good conversation while he was working and as is always my experience with Pollard Windows, I am very happy with their professionalism, fair pricing, careful attention to detail and cleanup. We were very happy with the recent experience we had with Pollard Windows & Doors when one of our custom made windows of 19 years had a seal compromised. Pollard honoured the 20 year warranty and replaced the window at no cost (except a fair labour charge). The window technicians were prompt, professional and very skilled. Thanks again to the Pollard team. We highly recommend Pollard Windows and Doors.

My home windows were installed in 2008 and starting about 3 years ago some of them got seal failure. Pollard Windows always honored the warranty and replaced them. The entire process has been straight and easy
