Apparently, when you buy windows from Pollard or the builder uses windows in your home, they don’t tell you that the cranks are only warranty for five years. Absolute garbage and No interest in even wanting to try to do the right thing. Over the last several years, my picture window had developed a conglomeration of spots which looked pink on a sunny day. As I had purchased the window from Pollard I contacted them and sent photos. They responded the very next day, informing me that the window was under warranty and booked an appointment for replacement of the pane within the next 2 weeks. Where do I start - well, 3 years ago we had a new front door installed - unfortunately we required fix - when we called Pollard, the office was happy to assess and help us out. Fast forward to the Install Date - the team Pollard sent out were professional - very nice - explained what they were here to do and how they were going about it. Pollard windows Did all of our windows back in 2008 when we renovated our home. The windows have definitely stood the test of time, and Pollard has been exceptionally professional in making any repairs along the way, including most recently. We are fully satisfied with their customer service, their products, and their Technical Support!
Great job guys! Super fast, respectful & clean! The seals on 1/2 my windows were gone causing condensation & fogginess. Those windows were replaced in no time. Now I can see though my windows again. I am very happy with the results. Thank you.
