Rang Pollards about needing to replace our spa cover. They said they would send someone out. Technician arrived the next day but no confirming appointment made. (We live on rural property some 50 minutes from Port Macquarie.) Lucky we were home. Technician was excellent, took measurements and said that the office would be in contact. Pollards customer service and attention to getting our pool back to the excellent standard (prior to flooding rains) is second to none. Can not praise them enough.
