I had to take my fifteen-year-old daughter in for oral surgery a couple of weeks ago she had to have two molars removed. She is autistic, she's rather sensitive to pain and we have a family history of locals not working well for us, so everyone agreed that she needed to be put under general anesthesia for the procedure. her regular dentist doesn't do that, and the oral surgeon they work for doesn't do that either. so I called my insurance company and they referred me to dr. Pollard in Sulphur th
He and his staff made the extraction of my wisdom teeth painless and easy. They provided clear instructions to my mom, who was with me that day, on what to do for healing. I waited until I was 32 to get it done because I'm scared to death of pain but it was much more simple than I could have expected.
Office staff is extremely rude. Tried for weeks to resolve a billing issue that was their fault. Unresponsive is putting it nicely. Would never use this office again.

Receptionist was the rudest person I ever met, all I did asked a couple of questions, she was throwing her pencil around her desk, slamming the agenda book, so I gather my stuff and walked out, I clearly told her "I dont need your services"
Please don't see this dentist. The guy is one big WACK-A-DOO!!! Would have been NO stars but I couln't proceed with none.
