The owner was absolutely unprofessional. They did an estimate on my old furnace. In addition, the technician wanted to charge me for everything else I needed (valve, thermostat, humidifier, duct boots). The total for the job far exceeded the value of the furnace. I went with another company who gave me a much better furnace and threw in all of the aforementioned items for free. Yes, the furnace I purchased was better and more expensive.
