Absolutely the worst experience during an already heartbreaking time. The level of unprofessionalism at Pollard Funeral Home was unbelievable. While Mr. Pollard himself was polite, he consistently came off as disorganized and incompetent. Communication was awful from start to finish — we had to double-check everything, and even then, things were still mishandled. The viewing was chaotic and stressful. I am so grateful for Mr.Pollard and how he extended grace to our family. I dont care what nobody says, he came through for us. He runs a business and we completely understand the dynamics. We shouldn't pick and choose who we wanna fully respect when it comes to pricing. Communication is key and can bring favor. Just laid my baby to rest Monday. Never had any experience planning a funeral before but Mr. Pollard and his granddaughter made the process so smooth especially with all the stress we were under losing our baby and planning our first funeral. They worked with us on and were there to help us with anything we needed. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to bury my sweet baby!
