2 weeks ago We’d, my truck broke down in Big Springs TX. Only place that would look at it was Pollard Chevrolet. Had it towed in, they said we’d have a diagnostic by Friday. A week went by and still no call or text. Called them and was told that if we had an appt it would be 5-7 days for a diagnostic but because we didn’t have an appt they’ll fit it in if they can. My car is currently still at this dealership, dropped it off May 18nth and they still have YET to touch my car. Would’ve been super helpful if they told us exactly how many cars they had before mine. All I know is if u didn’t buy ur car from this dealership, good luck. Still waiting for them to touch mine . No updates on anything as well. I have to call up there and keep asking about my car. And at that, make sure you get ur old parts that they change or fix on ur vehicle to make sure if it’s even properly diagnosed. I know ... read more

If you have a bad battery, don’t bother taking it out of your vehicle even if it won’t charge or boost over they want you to bring it Down so either you need to Flintstone it down there or call Wrecker to change a battery mind you on a three month old vehicle

We have always had a problem with our phones hooking up to android auto. So I finally stopped in to Pollard Chevrolet for help. The sales that helped us was very helpful and expedient. He was also very nice and respectful. Thank you Pollard Chevrolet for the help and assistance getting the maps working on the radio.
