Pollard and Bagby was the worst renting experience I have ever had. During my time renting with them it would take months to get anything fixed when I put in a work order, sometimes they didn’t even address it and just marked it as taken care of. When I first reached out to pollard and bagby, I had a feeling I knew exactly what kind of company they would be. I assumed they would be very professional, do things very legally sound and by the books, and had a lot of experience working in this sector of things. I was correct in my assumptions. As a renter, I felt sure they would take care of the issues that were dangerous (a live wire, for example) and when we found one, they IMMEDIATELY sent someone out to take care of it safely. James is great to work with. He’s super reliable and always willing to help, no matter the situation. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t just do the bare minimum—he actually takes the time to figure things out and makes sure they’re handled the right way. Whenever something comes up, I know I can count on him to find a solution quickly and keep things moving. Really appreciate how easy he is to work with and how much he cares about doing a good job.
James always goes above and beyond for me and my roommate. He is super nice and friendly, and always offers to help us out with stuff if he’s in the building. James is awesome 👍
