These guys are really something. So we moved into our apartment during the whole covid ridiculousness, due to which we weren't allowed to see the place in person, only pictures online. Very misleading pictures. But we were kinda desperate and didn't have a lot of options so we fork over way too much money and sign a lease. Kathleen and the team at Pollard and Bagby were very patient and considerate, answering questions, showing us various available units, and allowing us to change our choice on our lease multiple times during the process of finding the best.
