Worked with Tony for over 3 years where had a great working relationship with my business! Never a problem in that time and very easy to work with.
WILL illegally scam you out of your deposit. Went 2+ YEARS waiting for one specific work order to be completed. All manner of issues, leaks, broken appliances, building issues, roach infestation etc. were completely ignored. Maintenance guy was great but the company is awful.
Their prices are delusional, dirty properties, no tenants. There’s a reason they have so many vacant properties
Pollard and Bagby was the worst renting experience I have ever had. During my time renting with them it would take months to get anything fixed when I put in a work order, sometimes they didn’t even address it and just marked it as taken care of. James Grant was wildly unprofessional talking to potential renters about myself and saying to stay away from me when coming to look at my apartment. When I first reached out to pollard and bagby, I had a feeling I knew exactly what kind of company they would be. I assumed they would be very professional, do things very legally sound and by the books, and had a lot of experience working in this sector of things. I was correct in my assumptions. As a renter, I felt sure they would take care of the issues that were dangerous (a live wire, for example) and when we found one, they IMMEDIATELY sent someone out to take care of it safely.
