Kathleen and the team at Pollard and Bagby were very patient and considerate, answering questions, showing us various available units, and allowing us to change our choice on our lease multiple times during the process of finding the best. Horrible response, will try to scam you regarding the deposit and won’t clean before you move in. Caught them uploading move in pictures months after I moved in that were not at all how we found it. Take pictures. Angry burn out frat guy is particularly the worst. Take it easy.
