They are professional, courteous, and reasonable. When they give a quote they stand behind it with years of experience in the automotive repair industry. My wife's car needed a serpentine belt which broke due to a compressor freezing up. Their professional on time work was less than half the cost of the Honda dealers quote, and they always take the time to explain what they are going to do, and why it needs to be done.
