I called pollack investments. I was looking for a small automotive space. They called back telling me, they have none. I have personally seen the empty spaces, with large roll up doors. These spaces were totally covered in cobwebs. Why not just say, no automotive facilities allowed.
They're very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding.
