Staff could be a bit more friendlier with ALL their customers. I use to like going there, but for around 2 months, or a bit more no one acknowledges me when i go in, no Hello, or anything. it's like they really don't want certain people in the store. I am taking my business elsewhere,so at least i may not feel like i am walking into a Business that really doesn't want me in their store.Great Customer Service is a MUST for ALL CUSTOMERS. no one should be made to feel like they are an intruder, or their business is not wanted ... read more

Have used Polks Crossgates since moving to Brandon 20 years ago. I like to support local businesses as much as possible. Everyone at Polks is friendly and helpful! I life their gift items too!
