Love this store and the service!! I’m a client since 8 years ago and the jewelry is beautiful and excellent quality. I have a lot of Pandora and have been collecting charms for years. I take care of it the way they tell me and my pieces from years ago still look brand new. I highly recommend this store, five stars!

I always have a great experience at polka dots. Most recently I was buying a gift. All the ladies were nice and helpful in making suggestions. I love this boutique and will definitely shop here again. Also the packaging is beautiful!!! Thanks Gabrielle and PG for your help!
I read the reviews but went to the store anyway big mistake!!! Stay away from this store their merchandise is not real there are never any managers around. They make calls and deny you the help stating the manager only comes Monday. My necklace broke had the receipt they said there was nothing they could do 2 days after buying !!!! Worst service ever and they laugh at you !!!stay away this place should be shut down
