Took our van here for its 90K service (timing belt, water pump, plugs, oil change, etc...). Very friendly staff here. First sign that these folks are on top of their game was the fact that the place was spotless and clean (relative to other shops I've been in). They were very prompt about calling me back with an estimate. This is the most honest and highest quality repair shop in the Asheville Area. Wayne, one of the service writers, is very knowledgeable and very friendly and polite. Neither him, nor Robert (the manager) is trying to "sell" you parts. They honestly want to help you get back on the road for as cheap as possible.
