They have the worst service! My daughter is in the EASA program and she’s only getting worse there. She was given a shot without her consent, not mentally doing well. She got way worse with shot she received by the nurse and her case manager. I DO NOT recommend this place of darkness.
This is a very good place to go to get mental health help..they have very good therapy and staff members who care alot about people..it's the best place for medication management and one on one talk therapy because they really do care. It's nice to know that we have a good place to go right here in our own town where we can find the right help. Don't delay go to "Polk County Mental Health" today
Don't come here if you have any other options
This is the saddest excuse for a so-called mental health center. The counselors are very limited in knowledge and modalities and have no clue on how to treat trauma. This is more like Salem Sanitarium in 1940. Terrible and no real answers since they don't have much available nor the trained staff to conduct these important modalities. Where is the county money going when they cannot keep adequately trained staff? What are my high Polk County Taxes actually paying for? I've ordered an investigation to find out.
