I never imagined writing a bad review for a public service department that exists to help people. I want to start off by pointing out that this review is not a complaint about the department as a whole but about one of your employees. Yesterday my father had a car accident upon me arriving at the scene trying to ask my father if he was OK and staying out the way I was treated very rudely by these workers. my father was complaining that he couldn’t breathe and had just been in a serious accident where he was hit by a semi truck there was only two paramedics in the ambulance including the driver and wouldn’t let me ride in the ambulance to the hospital. They then drove to the hospital stopping at every light no sirens turned on. Absolutely disgusting
