EMT Guy in the cowboy hat is a ride and condescending jerk. Will be filling a formal complaint and contacting my attorneys. He provided no care to my wife and told her she was fine and getting better in the 10-15 minutes he was transporting her. She is actually seriously injured and among other injuries a broken jaw. This guy needs to be disciplined.
