I have been utilizing the services here for a few years now. Everyone i have had the pleasure to work with has just been wonderful, from the receptionists to the counselors for mental health and drug treatment. I would recommend this place to a friend or family member.
Reception doesn’t know how to answer the phone
I’ve had my appointment cancelled three times. Got to the fourth apt and no one calls me. I call in and they verify my correct number and insist I was called and yet I have no missed calls, no voicemail. This has been extremely frustrating. It has been over a month since my first scheduled apt and I still have not been seen due to agency errors and cancellations. Really sad when people are taking scary steps to seek help and then you cannot seem to get quality help or help at all. I’d rate zero stars if I could.
