RecommendedHaving worked here in the past as an aide and RN I can honestly say that every scratch and every bruise are checked by an MD and some residents here were seen daily by an MD. Tell me what kind of care will the severely debilitated and those with profoundly limited mental abilities (those who only means of communication are that they can smile laugh cry or grimace) going to receive in a group home setting where the staff is underpaid and change frequently.
