I bought a new truck at Holiday Ford Nov 11 2025 3 mi hrs later my windshield cracked from the defroster. I was pretty depressed Depressed even more so when Holiday Ford did nothing to help me. Service manager in his opinion said they wouldn’t cover it so he didn’t document it or nothing. I went to a good windshield company. He said there was no impact. This was the first time that I purchased a car that was not available on site. It took a few days to get exactly the vehicle that I wanted from another dealer. Kevin and Veronica were excellent arranging the location and delivery of the new vehicle.

Fantastic family owned business, the owner even took time to stop and ask how my experience was. All the staff I have dealt with were helpful and very friendly. It was deffinately worth the drive. Update: After a recent service issue while on the road I contacted Polito Ford for some assistance. The whole team came together and went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I saw five Lincoln Corsairs listed on their website and called ahead to book an appointment, since I was driving in from out of town. I told the salesperson exactly which Corsair I wanted to test drive. When I arrived, they only had one Corsair on the lot—and not the one I asked about. When I said I wanted to see the vehicle I called about, the salesperson just said, “Sorry, I guess it’s sold.”
