I've been coming here for a few years already. I usually gel my gel-x nails with Kayla, and my pedicure with Ana. Both are great at their craft. I just left, and I'm very disappointed. Not sure the name of the woman who did my pedicure today. I sat on #4. But it's horrible! It's like she's practicing. Nails all badly shaped, all crocked. I been coming to this place for years and I love how Amy does my pedicure. But I had a very uncomfortable experience with ray I think that’s he’s name. He is the worse, he thinks he can treat people without respect. Go somewhere else he is very arrogant can’t say if he’s a man cause he doesn’t act like one. Save your time and trouble

So annoyed I came to get a pedicure and manicure i wasn’t greeted when I waited in wasn’t even told that I had to put my name on a wait list I waited for a hour in a half then waited another 40 minutes after they called me to seat down the lady kept hurting me I asked when would the start my manicure they told me I was the next person three people walked in and got seated right away and got both nails and pedicures and I still hadn’t got my manicure I was at this nail shop for almost four hours I didn’t even end up getting m... read more

This place has no professionalism. Made an appointment yet still had to wait about an hour. I left made another appointment the next day and same story they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me ahead of time and let me know they were running late. Why offer appointments if they’re not gonna respect them. I don’t mind waiting a bit after my appointment time but 30, 40mins or an hour after that’s ridiculous this is not a serious business and definitely do not care for their customers.
