This was the first time here..I did not read any of the reviews but should’ve read prior to coming. The 2 woman that greeted me were very nice. However, the woman that did my feet clearly did not want to be doing them. She did not introduce herself. She put on dirty gloves and when I asked her to change she got upset, and still did not change them. Don’t waste your time coming to this nail establishment , unprofessional , awful customer service and they pick and choose who they want to provide good service too .
I have been here many times and I always give them the benefit of the doubt! When I ask for the same dip color for my nails and toes. They say yes!!! When they finish painting my nails they give me two different colors. The last time I was there I wanted a nice ombré look! I showed them a picture and still they managed to mess my nails up! I had them remove it and chose standard color! I was at the salon till 9:30 at night!!! Plus the price is insane for the nonsense they do!!! Very disappointed!!! Will never go back!!!
