Booked an appointment here - I've been there before - and it appears they've gone out of business! Super frustrated that they didn't even call to cancel the appointment. Not surprised that they closed.

THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE! When you walk into Polished Style Bar it's beautiful, clean, the ideal nail salon. They have upscale prices for an upscale place but you are NOT getting an upscale service. 45$ for just a gel manicure is so pricy but if its quality I will pay it. Like I said I really liked it the first time I went I tried my hardest to maintain my membership with this salon. This place was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. First off when we walked in they were very unfriendly and rude. Then I showed them my nails and they were acrylic. They said they had to figure out how to get them off. One girl said do you want to do it and the other said no I don't. So that made me feel uncomfortable and they don't offer acrylic services. I don't mind that but they charged me $25 to soak off my acrylics, without telling me before we rang up, because they don't have the proper tools to get them off. N... read more
