I was referred here, and it was my first visit. I had an absolutely amazing experience! From my contact with Stephanie at the front desk prior to my appointment and on the day of my visit, to the very thorough and well-explained care given by Cassie, to the exam and open dialogue and conversation with Dr. Baumann. All were amazing, and really show that they truly care about what they do.
Had my first appointment this week. I've got a major fear and anxiety. But as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed. For my actual appointment I felt heard and very comfortable. Brittany was the sweetest made you feel comfortable and Dr Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and explained with wonderful sweetness.
Another awesome experience at Polished Smiles. Dr. Baumann is professional and concise but also helps me stay at ease. Billing is always easy and good, and she does a great job of letting me know if I need anything versus if it’s just an extra add on like invisilign without any sales pressure. Will be my dental spot for as long as I’m in Watertown
I have severe anxiety with dental procedures Everyone is very kind - reassuring and non judgmental. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Polished Smiles Dental.
