The gentleman that answers the phone is about the rudest he can be. I’ve called several times (on a random weekday no less) to attempt to get an appointment only to be told (in a rude tone) that they are completely booked for “the entire day”. He does not even want to try and help find an appointment. It’s as if they can’t be bothered. We’ve heard great things about this place and are disappointed that we won’t be able to try it. :(
Had two appointments and both me and my sister love how our nails turned out. Staff was super friendly and gentle
