What a terrible business with poor communication. I used their online booking system and got a text message back saying that what is on google/the booking service is not accurate. Whoever texted me was not helpful at all. It was much easier to cancel and make an appointment elsewhere with better communication and probably better service. Maybe this is what wayne is like and since I live in the city I'm not used to this type of service.

Polished is a quiet, peaceful place to get a mani/pedi, and I go here regularly. My nails have never been healthier. I appreciate the work that they do, and I always leave feeling good about my nails. They take walk in’s but since it’s a smaller establishment I would definitely recommend making an appointment if you can.
